"Rude and unhelpful service"
I called Progressive because I needed some help, but the whole thing felt way more frustrating than it should have been. The rep sounded annoyed from the start, kept cutting me off, and only gave short answers. I kept thinking, why is this so complicated? Definitely not the kind of customer service I was expecting

"I went on progressive.com because the discounts..."
I went on progressive.com because the discounts they kept promoting sounded good, but once I actually started getting a quote, most of them either didn’t apply or barely made a difference. It felt like they were just using the discount talk to get me to fill out all the forms.
Even with the safe driver and bundling options, the price still came out higher than what I already have. Maybe it works out for other people, but if the savings aren’t real, I’m not going to waste my time, I’ll just stay with my current company or look somewhere else

"Confusing billing experience"
My payment showed as paid on my end, so I figured everything was fine. Then I still got hit with a late fee, which felt really frustrating and unfair. I reached out to support hoping they could clear it up, but they weren’t much help. To me, the billing system just feels messy and unreliable.

"Canceling turned into a hassle"
I tried to cancel before my renewal date, but I still ended up getting charged anyway. it’s not even about that as much as the runaround afterward. I had to call twice, and nobody could give me a straight answer about what happened or how it would be fixed. The whole process was way more frustrating than it needed to be

"Customer service really does take forever, right?"
I reached out to progressive over what I thought was a simple billing question, it ended up being way more frustrating than it should have been.
I was on hold for what felt like forever, then got bounced around to different people like no one was totally sure who could actually help. I tried the chat too, but that wasn’t much better, slow responses and mostly generic answers.
Maybe I’m expecting too much, but for what I’m paying, it feels like getting a clear answer shouldn’t be this hard. I still don’t really feel like my issue was handled properly

"I’ve been with Progressive for a while..."
I’ve been with Progressive for a while and the service has been fine overall, but my premium just keeps going up. I haven’t had any accidents or tickets, so it’s frustrating to see the bill increase again. What confused me even more is the website makes it seem like you can save or that rates are based on your driving, but my price still went up anyway. At this point, it’s getting hard to justify staying when I’m seeing cheaper quotes elsewhere. Not a terrible company, but the pricing is really starting to annoy me.

"Quote ended up way higher"
Got a quote on progressive.com and thought it seemed reasonable at first. Went to finish everything up and suddenly the price jumped a lot. Didn’t really change anything on my end, so it felt misleading. Kind of a waste of time, honestly
